The cottage was built in 2015 by one of the best architect/builder combos on Sea Island - Jason Varnadoe with Evans/Varnadoe Construction and Josh Younger (architect).
The house was built on over 90 engineered pilings and has a very desirable/open floor plan with top of the line finish/fixtures.
